* Appearance, were they tidy looking, and well groomed.

* Friendly Service, did they greet me, offer me a drink menu right away, keen to refill water etc.

* Speedy service, how long did I wait to be seated, served, and to receive my bill.
.0 STAR - I expected my food to be ready shorlty after we got there. We pre ordered a 72oz steak for a birthday, but they didn't start it until after we got there, they said it would be ready 30 minutes after we all arrived, but it was more like 45 mins. (It was a Saturday night, very busy as well) We waited long enough for the bill that our waitress only noticed we hadn't gotten it until she saw us getting ready to leave.
* Suit the Venue, were there calm wait staff in a calm restaurant, or fast paced staff in a fast
paced restaurant.

* Customer Service, if there were any issues, how well were they dealt with, or did my Wait Staff notice anything that might make my meal a little more enjoyable.
.1 STAR - Cutting this in half because we actually asked for a piece of the steak to be cut off and cooked well done for one of my party members, and the rest be cooked medium, that was done without an issue. However we also mentioned that the seating they gave us being so close to the window was actually very cold, they said they couldn't move us because the dining area was full, but said they would crank the heat, after a few minutes I could feel the heat coming down but my friends sitting by the window ate with the winter coats on. My waitress forgot about the extra we asked for but otherwise was a delight.

RESTAURANT - Worth 1 Star
* Atmosphere, good, or bad?
.1 STAR - Loved the setup, felt like I was in a western movie, but like I said our table was freezing, when a friend moved from her window seat to sit beside me, the cool air started penetrating me, I guess she was blocking it for me all night until she moved, I realized then how cold she must have been sitting there for 2 hours.
* Noise level from non dining room sources.
.2 STAR - Heard nothing from the kitchen or outdoors
* Cleanliness, was my table wiped, if not was it wiped as soon as I was seated?
.2 STAR - This venue was very clean, the washrooms were above average in style and cleanliness.
* Enough seating for expected crowd?
.2 STAR - They seemed to have no line up, but a full dining room, so they had just enough seating for everyone.
* Handy-cap Accessible
.2 STAR - 2 Handicap washrooms located upstairs on main floor, and wide area to easily move a wheelchair through withouth risk of bumping into other tables.

FOOD - Worth 1 Star
* Taste, even though other venues may taste different, or even better, did THIS food taste good?
.2 STAR - Food was very tasty, we had the steakm calamari, sweet potato fries, baked potatoe, Sante Fe chicken sandwich, and on another oaccasion I ordered the ribs (best I ever had)
* Cooked well.
.2 STAR - not only was the 72oz giant steak cooked to how I ordered it, they gladly cut a piece off and cooked it well done for a friend who wasn't into the pink middle. Everyone was happy, the fries were tender, and nobody complained about the food.
* Serving Size, did I have enough?
.2 STAR - Serving size was good, we did have a pretty big steak that we shared, however on another occasion I had ordered a rib plate, and that too was big enough to satisfy my hunger. Fountain drinks here are bottomless! Always a plus.
* Texture, smooth, gritty, too dry, too moist, too hard, too soft compared to how it should be.
.2 STAR - No complaints from my friends, and I was happy with the texture of everything I ordered on both occasions
* Presentation, not just did the plate look good to me, but were the dishes chipped, was hot and cold food separated, dry and wet food separate?

* Was it worth the price?
.2 STAR - This place a little more expensive than your ordinary restaurant, however it is competetive with other like venues, the food was worth the cost.
* Did I have to choose my dish based on cost because items I wanted were over priced?
.2 STAR - No, however I expected slightly higher prices than an everyday restaurant, I wasn't surprised by the prices.
* Were prices competitive to other "like" venues
.2 STAR - Yes
* Did they charge extra for items that should be included in the meal like toast or gravy?
.2 STAR - No
* Would this price range be economical for everyday dining?
.0 STAR - No, this is not an everyday eatery. This would rank in my once a month budget.

.2* Would not go back, did not enjoy, highly unimpressed
.4* Would Avoid if possible, not reccommended, slightly unimpressed, would not recommend to a friend.
.6* Neither impressed or unimpressed, wouldn't recommend, but would eat there again if I was in the area and hungry.
.8* Would go back, and recommend this place, was impressed by this venue.
1* Definitely will be back! I will recommend to friends, and viewers, I was highly Impressed.
